NOAA - Nationwide IDIQ Contract for Hydrographic Surveys and Related Services Various Locations, U.S.A

For task orders awarded under our nationwide contract, we are required to:

• Acquire shallow water multibeam sounding data;
• Acquire sidescan sonar data;
• Determine positions and least depths on hazards to navigation;
• Install, operate and remove water level (tide) stations;
• Acquire related supporting data including, water level correctors, velocity of sound in the water column, vessel motion correctors, bottom sediment samples, shoreline verification, and DGPS checks;
• Process data including tidal tabulation, computation of tidal datums, tidal zoning determination, applying water levels, vessel motion and velocity of sound correctors to determine the true depths, correlating sonar targets, and compiling reports, final smooth sheets, and digital data;
• Perform quality control during data acquisition and processing;
• Deliver raw and processed data, reports and smooth sheets for archiving and use in updating nautical charts for the area; and
• Perform to NOAA specifications and provide deliverables in NOAA specified formats.
